Spherical roller bearings are inherently self-aligning and very robust. They have two rows of rollers which make the bearings able to carry heavy loads. The present range of spherical roller bearings mainly includes CC, CA, MB and E type. Lanuo Co can provide a wide range of sizes of several ISO Dimension Series and also includes special designs, for example, for vibrating screens and other applications. Special bearings can also be customized as required based on the standard bearings.
Structure:
Spherical roller bearings are divided into: cylindrical inner hole and conical inner hole. According to the taper of conical inner hole, self-aligning roller bearing can be divided into 1:12 and 1:30 two types, of which the postpositional code is respectively K and K30.The inner ring moves along the axial in order to adjust the axial clearance of bearing when the bearing is installed with conical axle sleeve. Retainer type can be CA/CC/MB.
